Around Yorkshire With A Guitar Jan/Feb 2012
I had a lovely break over Christmas and New Year and managed to write a few new songs! Some of them will be for a future CD recorded sometime in 2013. I've been trying some of them out at various Singer's Nights and so far they've been going down well! I've also been writing new songs for a new project, a play with words, film and songs about the Wolds Waggoners. These songs and some older songs form the play which tells the story of the waggoners that went to The First World War in the Waggoner's Reserve. The first performance is at Cottingham Live on Feb 15th but hopefully I'll be doing some more!
My new CD is called 'Chasing The Light' and it is now available after being officially launched at a concert at Bridlington Spa on Saturday 3rd September. It was a brilliant evening. Thank you to all of you who were able to make it on the night! Contact me if you would like a copy of the new CD!
